DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Scheduling

Delivery is arranged by appointment after full payment or confirmed rental agreement.

Customers will be contacted in advance to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.

Delivery typically takes place within 7–14 business days after confirmation, subject to availability and location.
Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are charged separately and may vary based on floor level, access conditions (stairs, lifts), and piano size.

Standard delivery includes ground-level access; surcharges apply for stairs or restricted access points.

For rentals, two-way delivery (delivery and collection) charges apply.
Delivery Conditions

Customers must ensure the delivery path and space are clear and ready before the movers arrive.

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible premises, an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

Once the piano is delivered and acknowledged in good condition, Premium Piano Selection will not be responsible for damages caused by environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.) or mishandling thereafter.
Returns & Collection

For rental returns, collection will be scheduled within 14 days after notice of termination.

The piano must be in good working condition with only minimal wear and tear.

Any damage or extra handling requirements during collection may incur additional charges.
Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across mainland Singapore. Deliveries to Sentosa, offshore islands, or high-access premises may require a separate quotation.
