DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Scheduling
  • Delivery is arranged by appointment after full payment or confirmed rental agreement.

  • Customers will be contacted in advance to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.

  • Delivery typically takes place within 7–14 business days after confirmation, subject to availability and location.

Delivery Charges
  • Delivery fees are charged separately and may vary based on floor level, access conditions (stairs, lifts), and piano size.

  • Standard delivery includes ground-level access; surcharges apply for stairs or restricted access points.

  • For rentals, two-way delivery (delivery and collection) charges apply.

Delivery Conditions
  • Customers must ensure the delivery path and space are clear and ready before the movers arrive.

  • If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible premises, an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Once the piano is delivered and acknowledged in good condition, Premium Piano Selection will not be responsible for damages caused by environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.) or mishandling thereafter.

Returns & Collection
  • For rental returns, collection will be scheduled within 14 days after notice of termination.

  • The piano must be in good working condition with only minimal wear and tear.

  • Any damage or extra handling requirements during collection may incur additional charges.

Delivery Coverage
  • We currently deliver across mainland Singapore. Deliveries to Sentosa, offshore islands, or high-access premises may require a separate quotation.
