REFUND POLICY
General Policy
All payments and deposits made are non-refundable once confirmed, except under conditions stated below. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, preference, or circumstances beyond our control.
Product Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

The wrong piano model was delivered.

The piano has a major mechanical fault not caused by misuse or environmental factors.

The piano sustained significant damage during delivery.
In such cases: -
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

A 10% administrative fee based on the piano’s purchase price applies.

After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
Rental Refunds

Refunds of the security deposit are only applicable if the rental exceeds the minimum rental period and the piano is returned in good condition.

Any repair, cleaning, or legal fees due to non-cooperation or damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Late or missed payments may lead to termination of the rental and forfeiture of deposit.
Delivery & Tuning Fees
All delivery, collection, and tuning fees are non-refundable once services are rendered or scheduled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method (PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card).
